Property Checks

During winter months, these are advisable on vacant properties not only for security and peace of mind but for a number of reasons:

• burst pipes
• weather damage
• post re-direction
• damp problems
• airing of particular rooms
• random presence of usage
• Insurance specifications

This service will include internal and external inspection. All rooms will be inspected.
Water pipes, airing cupboards, gas cookers and taps will all be checked.
